Der Deutsche Amateur Radio Club e.V. (DARC e.V.) gibt im Jahr 2024 fünf verschiedene Sonderdiplome als Serie aus Anlass der in Deutschland vom 14.6. bis 14.7. ausgetragenen Fußball-EM heraus. Die Diplome können unabhängig voneinander erarbeitet und beantragt werden.
Sendeamateure beantragen das Diplom im DCL. Es dürfen alle Bänder des Amateurfunks im Rahmen der Genehmigung des Antragstellers verwendet werden. Die Ausgabe erfolgt auf Antrag für bestimmte Sendearten mit jeweils eigener Nummerierung.
Das Diplom kann als herunterladbare PDF-Version über das DCL beantragt und erworben werden. Dazu ist es notwendig, das eigene Log, das die Verbindungen mit den nachzuweisenden Stationen enthält, in das DCL hochzuladen oder einzugeben.
Die nachzuweisenden Sonderstationen sind DL2024E, DL2024U, DL2024R und DL2024O. Hinzu kommen weitere zu arbeitende Stationen, die den folgenden Bedingungen zu entnehmen sind.
SWL erhalten das jeweilige Diplom zu gleichen Bedingungen (Hörberichte mit Angabe der Gegenstation). Die Beantragung für SWL erfolgt mit vollständigem Logauszug an DL1DCT per E-Mail.
Die Bearbeitungsgebühren sind von SWL vor Ausgabe des Diploms nach den Anweisungen des Diplommanagers zu entrichten. Das Diplom wird als PDF-Version ausgegeben.
1. Das Diplom Vorrunde
Es kann vom 14. bis 26. Juni 2024 erarbeitet werden. Der Antragsteller muss in diesem Zeitraum bestätigte Funkverbindungen mit allen vier Sonderrufzeichen des DARC (DL2024E, DL2024U, DL2024R, DL2024O) und Funkverbindungen mit Stationen aus wenigstens 20 der 24 Teilnehmerländer Deutschland, Belgien, Frankreich, Portugal, Schottland, Spanien, Türkei, Österreich, England, Ungarn, Slowakei, Albanien, Dänemark, Niederlande, Rumänien, Schweiz, Serbien, Tschechien, Italien Slowenien, Kroatien, Polen Ukraine und Georgien in seinem Antrag nachweisen. Für die Teilnehmerländer genügt ein Logauszug.
2. Das Diplom Achtelfinale
Es kann vom 27. Juni bis 2. Juli 2024 erarbeitet werden. Der Antragsteller muss in diesem Zeitraum bestätigte Funkverbindungen mit allen vier Sonderrufzeichen des DARC (DL2024E, DL2024U, DL2024R, DL2024O) und Funkverbindungen mit Stationen aus allen 16 Teilnehmerländern der Achtelfinalrunde in seinem Antrag nachweisen. Für die Teilnehmerländer genügt ein Logauszug.
3. Das Diplom Viertelfinale
Es kann vom 3. bis 6. Juli 2024 erarbeitet werden. Der Antragsteller muss in diesem Zeitraum bestätigte Funkverbindungen mit allen vier Sonderrufzeichen des DARC (DL2024E, DL2024U, DL2024R, DL2024O) und Funkverbindungen mit Stationen aus allen 8 Teilnehmerländern der Viertelfinalrunde in seinem Antrag nachweisen. Für die Teilnehmerländer genügt ein Logauszug.
4. Das Diplom Halbfinale
Es kann vom 7. bis 10. Juli 2024 erarbeitet werden. Der Antragsteller muss in diesem Zeitraum bestätigte Funkverbindungen mit allen vier Sonderrufzeichen des DARC (DL2024E, DL2024U, DL2024R, DL2024O) und Funkverbindungen mit Stationen aus allen 4 Teilnehmerländern der Halbfinalrunde in seinem Antrag nachweisen. Für die Teilnehmerländer genügt ein Logauszug.
5. Das Diplom Endspiel
Es kann vom 11. bis 14. Juli 2024 erarbeitet werden. Der Antragsteller muss in diesem Zeitraum bestätigte Funkverbindungen mit allen vier Sonderrufzeichen des DARC (DL2024E, DL2024U, DL2024R, DL2024O) und Funkverbindungen mit Stationen aus den beiden Ländern der Endspielteilnehmer in seinem Antrag nachweisen. Für die Teilnehmerländer genügt ein Logauszug.
Die Bearbeitungsgebühr für jedes einzelne Diplom beträgt 3 EUR. Die Beantragung ist bis zum 31. Oktober 2024 möglich.

Short Term Awards for the 2024 UEFA European Football Championship
The German Amateur Radio Club DARC issues a series of five short term awards around the 2024 European Football Championship, to be hosted in Germany between June 14 and July 14. These awards can be applied for independently of each other.
Radio amateurs apply for these awards through the DCL. All bands covered by the applicant’s operating permit may be used. Upon request, awards are issued in separate numbering sequences based on transmitting modes. The award will be made available through the DCL as a downloadable .pdf document. For this process it is necessary that applicants upload to the DCL their log containing relevant contacts.
Special event stations that need to be worked are DL2024E, DL2024U, DL2024R, and DL2024O. Furthermore, additional contacts are required according to the following awards rules.
The awards are also available to Short Wave Listeners with rules applied in a similar fashion. Applications (complete relevant log extracts) are to be made via email to DL1DCT, who also supplies SWLs with directions for the necessary fee payment. Awards for SWLs are issued as .pdf documents.
1. Group Stage Award
Contacts for this award are to be made between June 14 and 26. The applicant needs to work all 4 special event stations (DL2024E, DL2024U, DL2024R, and DL2024O) during this period and confirm these contacts in the DCL. In addition, contacts with at least 20 of the 24 participating nations (Germany, Belgium, France, Portugal, Scotland, Spain, Turkey, Austria, England, Hungary, Slovakia, Albania, Denmark, Netherlands, Romania, Switzerland, Serbia, Czech Republic, Italia, Slovenia, Croatia, Poland, Ukraine, and Georgia) are needed. A log extract uploaded to the DCL is sufficient for these latter contacts.
2. Round of 16 Award
Contacts for this award are to be made between June 27 and July 2. The applicant needs to work all 4 special event stations (DL2024E, DL2024U, DL2024R, and DL2024O) during this period and confirm these contacts in the DCL. In addition, contacts with all 16 nations participating in this championship are needed. A log extract uploaded to the DCL is sufficient for these latter contacts.
3. Quarter-Finals Award
Contacts for this award are to be made between July 3 and 6. The applicant needs to work all 4 special event stations (DL2024E, DL2024U, DL2024R, and DL2024O) during this period and confirm these contacts in the DCL. In addition, contacts with all 8 nations participating in this championship are needed. A log extract uploaded to the DCL is sufficient for these latter contacts.
4. Semi-Finals Award
Contacts for this award are to be made between July 7 and 10. The applicant needs to work all 4 special event stations (DL2024E, DL2024U, DL2024R, and DL2024O) during this period and confirm these contacts in the DCL. In addition, contacts with all 4 nations participating in this championship are needed. A log extract uploaded to the DCL is sufficient for these latter contacts.
5. Final Match Award
Contacts for this award are to be made between July 11 and 14. The applicant needs to work all 4 special event stations (DL2024E, DL2024U, DL2024R, and DL2024O) during this period and confirm these contacts in the DCL. In addition, contacts with both nations participating in this championship are needed. A log extract uploaded to the DCL is sufficient for these latter contacts.
The few for each award is 3 Euro. Applications are possible until 31 October 2024.

Der Deutsche Amateur Radio Club e.V. (DARC e.V.) gibt im Jahr 2023 und 2024 das Sonderdiplom „75 Jahre Bundesrepublik Deutschland / 75 Jahre Grundgesetz“ heraus. Es erinnert an die Arbeit des Parlamentarischen Rats von September 1948 bis Juni 1949 bei der Erarbeitung des Grundgesetzes der Bundesrepublik Deutschland. Das Inkrafttreten des Grundgesetzes am 23. Mai 1949 gilt als Gründungszeitpunkt der Bundesrepublik.
Sendeamateure weisen Bestätigungen für Verbindungen im Zeitraum 01. September 2023 bis 30. Juni 2024 mit 75 verschiedenen deutschen Stationen nach. Dabei müssen alle 24 DARC-Distrikte einmal bestätigt sein. Eine Verbindung mit DL75BRD ist obligatorisch. Für die Verbindungen dürfen alle Bänder des Amateurfunks im Rahmen der Genehmigung des Antragstellers verwendet werden.
SWLs erhalten das Diplom zu gleichen Bedingungen (Hörberichte mit Angabe der Gegenstation). Die Beantragung für SWLs erfolgt mit vollständigem Logauszug per E-Mail an DK5ON.

75 Years Federal Republic of Germany
75 Years Basic Law
The German Amateur Radio Club DARC issues the award "75 Years Federal Republic of Germany / 75 Years Basic Law" during the years 2023 and 2024. It commemorates the work of the Parliamentary Council, which drafted West Germany's constitution between September 1948 and June 1949. The Basic Law was promulgated on May 23 in 1949, which is considered the founding day of the Federal Republic.
Radio amateurs are required to submit details of contacts with 75 stations from Germany made between 1 September 2023 and 30 June 2024. All 24 DARC districts must be represented in these 75 contacts. One contact with the special event station DL75BRD is obligatory. Contacts may be submitted for all bands within the applicant's operating permit.
SWLs may obtain the award following similar requirements (reports including callsigns of both QSO partners). Listeners send their relevant log extract to DK5ON via e-mail.
Radio amateurs must submit their application via the DCL. This requires uploading the relevant log containing the necessary contacts to the DCL. Upon application, the award is also available with endorsements for specific modes and separate numbering. The award is issued as a downloadable PDF document for a fee of 3 Euro.

Der Deutsche Amateur Radio Club e.V. (DARC e.V.) gibt im Jahr 2024 das Sonderdiplom „75 Jahre Amateurfunkgesetz in Deutschland“ heraus . Das AFuG wurde am 4. März 1949 der Vollversammlung des Wirtschaftsrats der Bizone vorgelegt und von dieser angenommen. Am 14. März 1949 wurde es ausgefertigt und trat am 23. März 1949 in Kraft, also noch vor dem Grundgesetz. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt war es das einzige Gesetz zum Fernmeldewesen.
Sendeamateure weisen zwischen dem 01. März 2024 und dem 30. April 2024 bestätigte Verbindungen mit 75 verschiedenen deutschen Stationen nach. Eine Verbindung mit einer der Sonderstationen DP75AFUG, DL75AFUG oder DL75AFUV ist obligatorisch. Dabei müssen alle 24 DARC-Distrikte einmal bestätigt sein.

Short Term Award
75 Years Amateur Radio Legislation in Germany
The German Amateur Radio Club DARC issues this award in 2024 to celebrate the 75th anniversary of Amateur Radio legislation in Germany. Said law was passed in the American and British Bizone on 4 March 1949 and came into force on 23 March 1949, before even West Germany’s Basic Law. At that point in time, it was the only post-war law regulating telecommunications.
Radio amateurs are required to contact 75 German stations between 1 March and 30 April in 2024. A contact with one of the special event stations DP75AFUG, DL75AFUG or DL75AFUV is obligatory. Furthermore, all 24 regional districts of the DARC must be represented in the required 75 contacts.
Rules apply in a similar fashion to Short Wave Listeners. They are required to send their complete relevant log extract to the award manager via email.
